{ Where To Get Their Stuff - About Me And This Page }

A new start :
After Janne left, the guys started to search for a new drummer. They quickly found one. Aki Hakala was one of their roadies. Pauli knew he played drums so he asked him to join. They had found the missing one !

They also changed their name, 'cause people started confusing them with Swedish DJ Rasmus. They simply added "The"

In 2000 they entered a new studio in Stockholm to record "Into".
Martin
Hansen and Mikael Nord Andersson took care of the producing.

Everyone was rather nervous about F-F-F-Falling. It was either a hit or a flop.

Happily, it worked. They released "Into" in 2001, became more popular in Finland and started touring the whole Scandinavia. Everything was good.

Into was a really good album. But there's a sequel !

In 2003 they released a song I'm sure you don't know (joke lol) , In The Shadows. Everywhere it has been played , The Rasmus became popular.

Soon Dead Letters followed and the album was as good as its first single, if not, better ! It was produced by the same team.

And now, in 2005, they're going to release "Hide From The Sun". The 1st
single "No Fear" is a perfect song and if it goes like the other albums, it will be even better than "Dead Letters". And ,again, produced by Hansen and Andersson
.
